Sanitisation and Health Entrepreneur - SHE
Livelihood Training Program
With the CSR Support of Fullerton India Credit Company Limited, WORD has launched this program in Tamilnadu to train 200 women as Sanitisation and Health Entrepreneurs.
This program has been implemented in 11 locations in Tamilnadu- Omalur, Rasipuram, Gobichettipalayam, Anthiyur, Kovilpatty, Erode, Perundurai, Lalgudi, Thirumangalam, Vadipatty and Sulur and trained 200 rural women during January- February 2021.
In the Covid 19 times to capitalise the ground situation, these trained women would able to make their livelihood enhancements by engaging various jobs in sanitation and health promotion activities and get additional income to meet their family needs.
